Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to one gender include all genders.

References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any schedules, policies, or supplementary documents incorporated by reference — including the bazi77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Bonus-Specific Terms published alongside individual promotional offers.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to and use of the bazi77 platform is conditional on meeting all eligibility requirements set out in this section. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

To be eligible to register and use a bazi77 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a human individual acting on your own behalf — registrations by automated systems, bots, or agents acting on behalf of another person are prohibited;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account's lifetime;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bazi77 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers;
• Not have had a previous bazi77 account closed by bazi77 for breach of these Terms;
• Not be acting under any court order, legal proceeding, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a legally binding agreement.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bazi77 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where bazi77 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated across those accounts, and retain any deposits at its discretion to offset any losses or costs incurred.

During the registration process, bazi77 will request personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment method. This information is required to comply with bazi77's identity verification and responsible gaming obligations. All personal data collected during registration is handled in accordance with the bazi77 Privacy Policy.

Section 3

Account Obligations and Security

As the registered holder of a bazi77 account, you accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through that account, whether or not you personally authorised each action. bazi77 treats all instructions received through a logged-in account session as having been issued by the account holder.

You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — and must not share them with any third party for any reason. You must not allow any other person to access or use your bazi77 account. If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bazi77 support team immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

• Keep your account password secure and change it immediately if you suspect it has been disclosed to any unauthorised party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from shared or public devices;
• Ensure that the contact email address associated with your bazi77 account remains active and accessible, as bazi77 uses it for important account and security notifications;
• Notify bazi77 promptly of any change to your registered personal details, including your residential address or contact information;
• Co-operate fully with bazi77's identity verification and enhanced due diligence requests, which may include submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of address documents.

bazi77 will never ask you for your account password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from bazi77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. bazi77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's voluntary disclosure of account credentials to a third party.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the bazi77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bazi77 supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Bangladesh-based financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

By making a deposit to your bazi77 account, you confirm that the funds originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods registered to another person are not permitted and may trigger an enhanced due diligence review. bazi77 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of account holders.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions, ৳300 for Rocket and Upay transactions, and ৳500 for Visa and Mastercard card transactions. bazi77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment service provider may apply its own transaction fees independent of bazi77.

• Deposits are credited to your bazi77 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad;
• Card withdrawal timelines are subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule and may take 1 to 3 business days;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to bazi77's payment routing rules;
• bazi77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard daily thresholds;
• Withdrawal requests for accounts with active bonus balances will be subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonuses before withdrawal is permitted.

bazi77 does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances. All transactions must be conducted through the electronic payment methods listed on the platform. Any attempt to conduct a transaction through an unlisted or informal channel will be rejected and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bazi77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, matched deposit offers, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar — including BPL season specials, Pohela Boishakh offers, Eid promotions, and Victory Day campaigns. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

The general bonus principles that apply across all bazi77 promotions are as follows. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general principles, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are awarded to the account's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements specify the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed using the bonus balance before a withdrawal is permitted — the applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• Real-money balance is used for wagering before bonus balance in all cases unless a specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period stated in the promotion's terms — expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from the account without compensation;
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method — attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse;
• bazi77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards and associated winnings where there is evidence that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms;
• Minimum deposit amounts to qualify for deposit-matched bonuses are stated in each promotion's specific terms and must be met in a single qualifying deposit transaction;
• Bonus terms are not altered retroactively once a player has opted in to a promotion — the terms in effect at the time of opt-in govern the bonus throughout its validity period.

bazi77 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any promotional offer at any time prior to a player claiming it. Players who have already claimed a promotion and are in the process of meeting its wagering requirements will not be affected by subsequent changes to that promotion's terms.

Section 6

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bazi77 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider maintains independent RNG (Random Number Generator) certification from accredited testing laboratories. The outcome of every game round is determined by a certified random process that cannot be influenced or manipulated by bazi77 or by any player.

• Players may not exploit any software bug, error, or loophole in any game — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to bazi77 and will not be eligible for withdrawal;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are subject to Evolution Gaming's and Ezugi's respective game integrity protocols.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. For cricket betting — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and IPL fixtures — match result and in-play markets are settled based on official score data from recognised data providers. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal by the relevant governing body after settlement, bazi77's sports betting rules govern the resettlement procedure.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bazi77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the bazi77 platform under any identity, whether real or fabricated;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name;
• Accessing or attempting to access the bazi77 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method designed to mask your true geographic location;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the bazi77 platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game, including poker and live dealer tables;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the bazi77 platform;
• Exploiting any software bug, vulnerability, or unintended feature to generate winnings beyond what the normal operation of the game would produce;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms with no genuine intent to engage in recreational gambling;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bazi77 support staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the bazi77 platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.

bazi77 employs automated fraud detection systems and a dedicated security team that monitors platform activity on an ongoing basis. Where suspicious activity is detected, bazi77 reserves the right to place an account on temporary suspension pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

Either bazi77 or the Player may close a bazi77 account at any time. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, bazi77 will process any pending withdrawal of the account's real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to bonus balances.

bazi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage;
• The account holder has failed to complete the identity verification process within a reasonable period following a request;
• The account is suspected of being used for money laundering, bonus abuse, fraud, or any other prohibited activity;
• The account holder has been identified as being under 18 years of age;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more and holds a zero balance;
• bazi77 is required to close the account by applicable law or by an instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed by bazi77 for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at bazi77's discretion depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Any bonus balance and associated winnings will be voided. bazi77 will notify the account holder of a closure decision and the reason for it through the registered email address, unless bazi77 is legally prevented from disclosing the reason.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded through the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Any new account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately upon detection, and any deposits made during that period will be returned.
